Lucy Roache is a freshman at Pace University pursuing a degree in Musical Theater, where she maintains an outstanding 3.93 GPA. A graduate of Ponte Vedra High School, Lucy spent her high school years deeply immersed in the performing arts, serving as President of the drama club and actively participating in theater productions.

With a strong passion for film and theater, Lucy brings both creativity and leadership to her work as a mentor. She has experience guiding peers through her leadership roles and as a camp counselor, where she developed skills in mentorship, communication, and fostering confidence in others.

Lucy is especially passionate about supporting students interested in the highly competitive and often complex Musical Theater college application and audition process. Having navigated this unique path herself, she understands the challenges students face and is eager to provide the guidance, insight, and encouragement she wished she had during her own journey. She is committed to helping students explore their passions, build confidence, and successfully pursue their goals.
