Alexis is a Robertson Scholar at UNC and Duke—one of the most prestigious full-ride scholarships in the country—studying political science, international studies, and data science. She has conducted global research on conflict resolution, interned in the North Carolina Governor’s Office, and founded a nonprofit supporting refugee youth, raising over $180,000 and mobilizing hundreds of volunteers. Her honors include the Robertson Scholarship, Bank of America Student Leader recognition, and multiple national service awards. Alexis has also presented research internationally and continues to engage in policy and leadership work on campus. She brings a highly driven yet supportive mentoring style, helping students develop confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of purpose. She is especially skilled at helping students translate big ideas into concrete goals and action plans.
